Prismm and Cvent: Better Together - September 2025 Newsletter

Hello Prismm Community,

We know – it’s been a while. We’ve heard you: you’re curious, and maybe even a little anxious, to learn more about Cvent’s acquisition of Prismm. Today, we begin that journey.  

Before we begin, we want to say thank you. Prismm owes all our success to our amazing Prismm Community; we are grateful, humbled, and thankful for your loyalty, trust, patience, and support. As always, our community is at the forefront of everything we do and the guiding force as we bring our companies together. 

So, what have we been doing since April? 

The Prismm and Cvent teams have been getting to know one another. We’ve been exchanging market insights and digging into what makes each platform special. Our work has resulted in one irrefutable fact: Prismm and Cvent are Better Together.   

Our new combined mission: Create a unified, collaborative, industry-leading platform for marketing, sales, operations, and events teams. Our shared tenets: 

• Combine laser-accurate floor planning with the largest library of furniture and design objects, 
• Add immersive 3D capabilities, including Matterport tours, 3D models, and custom 3D objects, 
• Provide electrifying design capabilities to wow clients, and 
• Support all of it with cutting-edge, industry-defining AI to make your job easier. 

Our vision is big and bold – just like our customers’ dreams, goals, and ambitions. 

So, ‘Better Together’ - what happens next? 

We know you have a lot of questions, and we are working to bring you answers. Go forward with confidence that the Prismm platform you know, love, and trust is here for you. We know continuity is critical as your fall weddings, corporate meetings, and holiday parties begin to book.  

This is the first in a series of ongoing monthly updates to keep you informed. Our journey is a partnership, and we want to hear from you: what we are doing well and not doing well, what you would like to see, and questions you have – we want to hear it all.
